Bakos Missiology Institute

Bakos Missiology Institute is an initiative of Bakos Project (bakosproject.com), under the leadership of Bakos Fellow, Andrew Herbek. The goal of the group is to stimulate missiological insight and mission from within the LGBTQ community (e.g. LGBTQ missiologists, missionaries, and evangelists), as well as foster LGBTQ-affirming mission work. The group is a think tank that includes both LGBTQ and allied scholars and practitioners. As a working group, BMI aims to produce papers, presentations, and publications with practical implications.
